CSAT

NPS
promoters minus detractors, compared with the average for your industry
Targets
a goal and an acceptable threshold, with green, orange, or red indicators for the whole team
Every response feeds your indicators. Weekly and monthly reports go out on their own.

The indicators you track with InputKit
What you measure:
CSAT is the share of customers flagged as satisfied. NPS is promoters minus detractors, from −100 to 100. CES measures how much effort it takes to do business with you.

Punctuality, cleanliness, quality of work, customer service: each metric is the average of the questions tied to it. You follow the trend month by month.
Handling time measures first contact with an unhappy customer, in business hours. The delivery report follows the funnel: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, completed. The review coefficient compares your pace before and since InputKit.
