What the Progident integration with InputKit allows
As soon as an invoice is created in Progident, InputKit automates the patient satisfaction follow-up:
- Automatic satisfaction survey sent as soon as the invoice is created in Progident, with no manual task
- Employees evaluated directly from the invoice: the attending dentist, the secretary who created it, and the operators listed on the procedure codes
- Sent by email or SMS depending on the contact information available (average response rate: 49% by email, 57% by SMS)
- 3 to 10 times increase in monthly Google reviews thanks to invitations sent to satisfied patients
- Individual performance reports by dentist or hygienist
- Intelligent response generator to speed up follow-up on negative reviews and feedback
For a dental assistant to appear automatically in the InputKit employee list, a service code must be created for them in Progident; without it, their feedback remains accessible only through questionnaire reports, without automatic attribution. In addition, InputKit receives the information exactly as it appears on the invoice at the time it is created, so be sure to correct appointment details in Progident before invoicing.
