What the ClinicMaster integration with InputKit allows

Once an appointment is recorded in ClinicMaster, InputKit can automatically trigger the appropriate follow-up sequence:

• Appointment types in ClinicMaster automatically trigger the corresponding InputKit sequence, for example an evaluation appointment activating a post-evaluation follow-up, or a treatment appointment activating a treatment follow-up
• Data sent from ClinicMaster to InputKit includes the clinic, the patient, the sequence type, the language used, and the employee in charge of the patient
• Initial setup is done in collaboration with ADDATech, who enables the integration for your account
• API keys are then exchanged between your ClinicMaster and InputKit accounts to establish the connection
• Each follow-up sequence is manually assigned to its corresponding appointment type, giving precise control over what gets sent

For clinics with multiple locations, the connection must be configured separately for each clinic location.
