As a Customer Service Manager, you will play an essential role in building strong relationships with our clients, advising them, and guiding them to success with our solution. A day in the life of a Customer Success Manager:
- Handling client support requests related to the platform via our online chat tool (Intercom), by phone, or by email
- Advising new clients on best practices
- Setting up their InputKit account
- Helping clients resolve various technical issues (troubleshooting)
- Being results-oriented and taking initiative to achieve goals
- Compiling client feedback for future feature development
- Proposing ideas to the company to improve the product or processes
- Onboarding new clients (managing small and medium projects)
