Omnimed
Omnimed is a web-based electronic medical record (EMR) used by clinics and care teams in Quebec.
InputKit can be used with Omnimed through the InputKit Chrome extension. It retrieves only the appointment-related information needed to automatically send a patient experience questionnaire after a visit.
The information used is limited to what is required to send the questionnaire: the appointment status or end date, the patient's name, phone number, and email address.
