A day in the life of a Customer Success Manager

  • Support clients in implementing and using the platform (onboarding, training, NPS/CSAT survey setup…) and manage VIP accounts.
  • Analyze satisfaction data (feedback, scoring, alerts) and help clients turn insights into concrete actions.
  • Ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of the client portfolio.
  • Contribute to the company's overall Customer Success strategy (vision, tools, processes).
  • Define and track team KPIs: adoption rate, NPS, churn, retention, post-support satisfaction.
  • Identify pain points in the customer journey and propose solutions (new processes, documentation, automation).
  • Train, coach, and grow your team to build a strong CS team (facilitating rituals (daily/weekly), tracking individual goals, 1:1s).
  • Spot upsell opportunities for complementary modules (e.g. advanced analytics, CRM integrations, automations…).
