A day in the life of a Project Manager
- Support clients in implementing and using the platform (onboarding, training, NPS/CSAT survey setup…).
- Analyze satisfaction data (feedback, scoring, alerts) and help clients turn insights into concrete actions.
- Ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of the client portfolio.
- Contribute to the company's overall Customer Success strategy (vision, tools, processes).
- Define and track team KPIs: adoption rate, NPS, churn, retention, post-support satisfaction.
