  • Lead daily morning briefs and weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc meetings for sales team members.
  • Check in frequently with sales team members and maintain regular touchpoints with each person to discuss progress on goals, engagement, professional development, and more.
  • Set clear expectations and goals with sales team members; provide appropriate tools and learning activities to achieve those goals.
  • Improve training content to optimize skill development for sales representatives.
  • Coordinate and coach sales team activities to ensure productivity and goal attainment.
  • Evaluate results, provide performance/productivity reports, and share them with the sales team.
  • Actively participate in the selection and interview process for hiring sales representatives, as prescribed by InputKit best practices.
  • Participate in developing the sales strategy to maximize growth opportunities and achieve objectives.

Qualities we are looking for:

  • YOU have proven experience in a senior sales role, with a solid understanding of sales and negotiation techniques
  • YOU have a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, with excellent management and staff motivation skills
  • YOU have a strong results orientation, with the ability to set ambitious goals and achieve them in a competitive environment
  • YOU have excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to create and maintain long-term client relationships
  • YOU have a university degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • YOU are bilingual
