Before InputKit, we had no tool to measure the quality of our customer experience. We couldn't know our customer satisfaction rate or identify any pain points in the clinic. As a result, it was very difficult to reach out to dissatisfied customers and fix the issues.
The implementation of InputKit has allowed us to better track customer satisfaction. The satisfaction surveys, which clients can respond to anonymously, have greatly increased our response rate. These feedbacks and positive comments are then shared with the staff to motivate them in their work. It has become essential to improve the treatments at our clinic. Additionally, InputKit has also increased the number of our Google reviews, which has positively impacted our customer acquisition over the last six months.
All in all, I could no longer do without InputKit. It's one of the best decisions I've made for my business.
