New question type (Scale from 1 to 5)

This new type of question will measure one or more aspect (s) of your business in particular more accurately, by getting a number from 0 to 10.


After identifying some areas for improvement as a result of your client’s satisfaction survey responses (for example, customer service), you will be able to add new “scale” questions to your surveys. These questions will allow you to track the performance of these aspects, with a number between 0 and 10.

Scale questions are available on a scale of 1 to 3, 1 to 4 or 1 to 5.
